Warranty and support

Warranty will be as accord to the manufacturer’s stipulated terms and conditions.
Accessories including but not limited to capsules holders, cups, shakers, utensils, capsules are not covered by any form of warranty

Warranty for the machines sold in GRANDCRUZPRODUCTION.COM will be as following unless specified:
Krups – 1 Year Singapore warranty <Inissia White – 6 months warranty>
Delonghi – 1 Year Singapore warranty
Magimix – 1 Year Singapore warranty
Standalone Aeroccinos – 1 Year Singapore warranty
Microfoam Milk Frother – 1 Year Singapore warranty

All machines sold at GRANDCRUZPRODUCTION.COM are covered by standard warranty in Singapore.

The machine warranty only covers malfunction and defect occuring during the stipulated period and does not cover removable spares like the capsules bin, drip trays, water tanks, lattissima’s milk canister, etc.

The products don’t issue warranty cards, and it’s all registered in the system.
To claim or RMA, please contact GRANDCRUZPRODUCTION.COM to troubleshoot in advance to decide if it’s a genuine fault or a technical user error.
This will save most users a wasted trip to travel or arrange for repair for nothing.
95% of the problems alerted, are actually user errors which can be solved at home or due to misunderstood understanding for the machines.

GRANDCRUZPRODUCTION.COM does not offer any personal warranty at any level as we are not authorised to misrepresent as their service centres or partner.
